The Vine Bar & Bistro at Victoria Gardens
Our exclusive on-site restaurant and bar provide casual yet refined dining options right in the heart of the community. Residents can enjoy chefprepared meals, themed dinner nights, happy hour gatherings, and seasonal menus without ever leaving the community. The Vine offers daily lunch and dinner specials, happy hour with drink specials and appetizers and special events.
The food & beverage team is dedicated to creating diverse, nutritious, and delicious menus, with a focus on sustainable food and beverage options. The goal is not only to nourish the community but also to build connections through shared culinary experiences and comfortable dining spaces.
Resort Style Pool and Hot Tub
Whether you're here to swim laps or soak under the sun, the expansive outdoor pool area offers something for everyone. Our huge resort-style pool has plenty of space to play and marked lanes for lap swimming. The pool is banked by 12 cabanas with tables and chairs, plenty of chaises and umbrellas to enjoy a day in the sun. The pool is also adjacent to the restaurant and bar with outside seating and a walk-up drinks window.
Fitness Center
Stay fit with a state-of-the-art fitness center that includes cardio machines, strength equipment, free weights, and stretching areas. After your workout, the hot tub and locker rooms are just steps away. The Fitness Center is available from early morning to late night to meet any workout regime.

Full Time Management Staff
Victoria Gardens’ management company provides a dedicated, full-time staff located in the clubhouse. The staff is responsible for managing the clubhouse and the community infrastructure including common areas, parking lots, and streets, as well as code enforcement. Through its lifestyle team, and with resident input, the management organizes lifestyle events for residents including dances, concerts, and game nights.
