The Property Manager, licensed in accordance with Florida Statute 468 and well-versed in Statutes 720 and 718, is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the community. Working closely with the Board of Directors, the Property Manager ensures that administrative, financial, maintenance, security, and staffing needs are managed with care and efficiency.
This leadership role is dedicated to maintaining the community’s high standards, ensuring all activities align with established rules, state regulations, and the values of the Castle Group. Responsibilities include supporting financial reporting, coordinating vendor services through structured proposals, and working with legal counsel when needed.
The Property Manager also oversees community compliance, assists with resolving resident concerns—particularly those related to accounting—and supervises the review of homeowner architectural requests. Participation in Architectural Review Committee (ARC) meetings and follow-up on approved changes ensures that all projects are completed to standard. Above all, the Property Manager serves the community with integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
